Q: How long does it take for my order to process and ship?
A: GLO Culture Boutique (GCB) personally process and ships orders within 1-2 business days of you placing the order. Business days are considered as Monday - Friday.
Q: How much is shipping?
Shipping within the United States
- USPS Standard Shipping $9.25
- 4-7 business days after order processing is complete
- UPS Ground $25.00
- 3 business days after 1 day processing time
- San Antonio TX typically arrives in 1 business day after order processing is complete, dependent upon UPS's work load
Q: Does GLO Culture Boutique have all items on site or do you use a Drop Shipping /Third party?
A: We do not use Drop Shipping or a Third Party. All clothing and accessories are on site at GCB. GCB personally selects and inspects your items, carefully packages your purchase, and ships the order directly to you.
Q: Can I return an item for a full refund?
A: If you are unhappy with your purchase GCB will gladly issue a full Store Credit, minus shipping and handling, in the form of an electronic Gift Card. All sales are final/No cash refunds. View full Return & Refund Policy for non-refundable/non-exchangeable merchandise. GCB will email you a Return Label which covers the cost of shipping the item back to GCB, at no additional cost to you.
